Cobalt Affiliate Guidelines

We’re proud to partner with you and trust that you will represent both your company and Cobalt with the highest level of professionalism. These simple guidelines outline our expectations for greeting guests, using airport signs, and general livery conduct.

Greeting Guests

  • Be on time and ready at the pickup location before the scheduled time.

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally using their name when possible.

  • Assist with luggage promptly and with care.

  • Always confirm the passenger’s name and destination before departure.

Airport Signage

  • Use a clear, easy-to-read sign (tablet or printed) with the passenger’s last name and/or company name.

  • Display the sign visibly in the designated livery waiting area.

  • The sign should also include “Cobalt Executive Transportation” for clarity when appropriate.

  • Hold the sign at chest height — not low or hidden.

Livery & Chauffeur Guidelines

  • Professional attire is required: black or dark suit, dress shoes, and tie (unless otherwise instructed).

  • Vehicles must be clean, well-maintained, and stocked with water.

  • Keep the vehicle free of personal items or clutter.

  • Never discuss internal company matters or personal opinions with guests.

  • Practice discretion and respect guest privacy at all times.

  • Drive smoothly, safely, and follow all traffic laws.

Professionalism & Representation

  • We trust you to represent yourself, your company, and Cobalt with excellence.

  • Communication should always be polite, professional, and discreet.

  • If an issue arises, notify Cobalt immediately so we can assist.
