Terms & Conditions
Reservations
A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation and must be added to the client’s profile at the time of booking.
Credit card information is stored securely via our online system and will be charged at the time of booking unless alternate arrangements are made.
We require the passenger’s mobile number and flight details (airline and flight number) for all airport arrivals to ensure timely coordination.
By providing a mobile number, you consent to receive calls and/or texts regarding your reservation.
Gratuity & Billing

Gratuity is at the client’s discretion and is not automatically billed.

An airport fee of $5–$15 may be applied to all airport transfers.

A general booking fee of $5–$25 is applied depending on the vehicle type.

Tolls and parking fees are billed where applicable.

Additional fees apply for off-peak hour pickups:

$100 for pickups between 12:01 AM – 3:59 AM

$50 for pickups between 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM – 5:59 AM

Wait time fees begin after a 15-minute grace period from scheduled pickup:

$2/minute for sedans

$3/minute for SUVs
-
$4/minute for Sprinters

Hourly bookings are garage-to-garage and are charged for the total hours reserved.

Peak or holiday surcharges may apply.

Meet & Greet services start at $150; additional fees may apply for dedicated personnel.

Extra stops are a minimum of $30 per stop.
Cancellations
Sedans/SUVs:

Payment is required upon booking unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are refundable.
-
After 24 hours, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are fully billable.

No-shows are fully billable.

For bookings outside of Colorado, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required; otherwise, the trip is non-refundable.
Sprinters / Coaches / Buses / Group Events:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

Full payment is due 14 days prior to the reservation and will be charged automatically unless specified otherwise.

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking may be refunded, minus the 50% deposit.

Cancellations within 14 days of service may be fully billable depending on market and vehicle type.

Please confirm specific cancellation policies for your event or vehicle type with our team.
Alcohol, Smoking & Drugs

Alcohol is permitted in livery-plated vehicles for passengers aged 21 and over. Violations involving minors may result in trip termination and possible legal action.

Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited. Violations incur a minimum $500 cleaning and violation fee.
Cleaning & Damage Fees
A $500 minimum fee will be assessed for any cleaning or detailing beyond normal usage.
Safety & Capacity

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond legal capacity.

Child seats and boosters are available upon request; passengers are responsible for installation.
Lost & Found
Cobalt is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please ensure you collect all belongings at the end of your ride. To inquire about lost items, email: lostandfound@cobaltexecutivetransportation.com
Pets
Pets must travel in an approved carrier or crate. ADA-compliant service animals are permitted by law. Please inform us in advance if traveling with a pet. Cleaning fees apply for any pet-related mess.
Operational Delays
In the event of traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other operational disruptions, Cobalt will attempt to provide alternate transportation. We are not responsible for missed flights or consequential losses.
Disclaimer
Cobalt Executive Transportation reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Use of our service constitutes agreement with these terms.
